Smoked Salmon Dip

The fastest and tastiest treat when a dip is called for is to mix in some smoked salmon with beaten up and flavoured cream cheese



200 g cream cheese, room temperature

2 tsp horseradish cream

100 g smoked salmon cuttings

2 tblspn chopped chives

1 tbsp lemon juice

freshly ground black pepper


In a food processor, whiz up the combined smoked salmon, cream cheese, horseradish cream, lemon juice and pepper

Turn out into a bowl, and place a scoop of capers to decorate, and serve with your choice of crackers or bread. ( I used green peppercorns instead of capers as I didn’t have any )
