Marion Grasby’s Thai Basil & Chilli Stir fry


Wow Marion has certainly put out some great cheat meals – I tried the Thai basil and Stir fry tonight and wasn’t disappointed


Easy as 1….2….3…

All you need apart from the meal pack is

300gm beef, chicken, pork or prawns

1 onion sliced

2 cloves garlic chopped

1 cup of your favourite veggies and

1 tblspn vegetable oil

(also some sliced chilli if you like some extra heat)

What you do first is put 2 cups of water in a  saucepan and add  the rice – bring to the boil and simmer on low heat for 12-14 minutes


Step 2

into a big bowl – add the chilli paste to the beef



Step 3

Add oil to wok and Stir fry the onion garlic and chilli if using for one minute



Then add the vegetables  and the stir fry mix (in the pack)








and stir fry for 2 minutes


After couple of minutes add the beef with the spice paste and stir fry for 2 minutes or until meat is cooked


Then all you have to do is serve with rice
