Chick Pea Fritters

1/2 kg chick peas soaked in water overnight
2 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
bunch mint, parsley
1/2 red capsicum
1 tspn each cummin, coriander,thyme
black or white pepper
1/2 cup self raising flour
1 carrot grated
4-5 cloves garlic peeled and chopped

Drain and process the chickpeas. Add remaining ingrdients except flour and process.
Shape into patties, dust with flour and fry in olive oil.
